Proceedings to the purchase of a product
1.The customer to be able to access and view the prices of the products, will have to register into the web page, through the creation of a new user. For that the client must hand in, freely and voluntarily the personal data that will be required, which will be conformed with the disposed General Rules (UE) 2019/679 of information protection.
2.The customer will choose a username and a password, compromising to use them diligently and no put into disposition of third parties, as well as communicating to the seller the loss or theft or the possible access of a third party who’s not authorized to, so the blocking of the page will be immediate.
3. The customer can’t choose as a name words that can confuse other users, such as mocking, hurting and in general, against the law or the moral requirements and good habits.
4.Once the user account has been created, it’ll be communicated that with the demanded by the article 27 of the law 34/2002 of services of the society of the information and electronical commercialization, the proceedings of contract will follow the next steps:
SELECTION OF THE PRODUCT
1.The customer will select the products in their choice, clicking over the product and choosing the characteristics and quantity desired. Once the product has been chosen, this will be saved into the shopping basket of said customer. After, they can continue to add in additional products as much as desired.
2.Once the customer has confirmed the contents of the basket, they can proceed to “transmit the order”. In case that the customer has not logged in yet, meaning, if they do not own an account in the web page, when “transmitting the order” a pop up with a questionnaire will come out, which the customer must fill. This is with the purpose of doing the delivery, billing and managing their personal data.
3.The customer must select the method of delivery of the products as well as the payment method.
4.It’s important that the customer verifies the content of their order (including the quantity, the characteristics and references of the solicited products, the address of delivery and prize) before confirming the payment
5.Once confirmed the process of purchase, a summary of the previous information, the total price of the purchase, the applicable fees and in their case, the shipping costs.
6.The customer will pay for the products following the instructions of the payment methods selected.
7.The purchase will end.
